New curator in the spotlight: Hiroshi Kumazawa from the University Art Museum, Tokyo University of the Arts, Tokyo
Monday, 26 January 2009
After Anna Tummers was our very first curator in the spotlight, we now move our attention all the way to Japan. Associate member of CODART Hiroshi Kumazawa works as an assistant professor at the University Art Museum, Tokyo University of the Arts. Although the museum mainly focuses on Japanese art, it owns a small number of interesting works of art from the Low Countries.
The curator in the spotlight section will be updated every six weeks with a text written by a CODART member about his/her work, area of specialization and favorite piece in his/her collection. It is another tool by which our website enhances CODART’s network and brings our members’ work into the spotlight.
