If you need financial assistance in order to attend CODART 26, you are invited to apply for a grant offered by the Friends of CODART Foundation. Application is open to all members of CODART. The grant can cover the congress fee and/or costs for lodging (two nights in the congress hotel) and/or (part of) your travel costs. We are aware that many museums face financial challenges and therefore encourage all CODART members who might need financial assistance to apply.

Application

You will be able to apply for a grant until Monday 6 January 2025. In the registration form you can select for which elements you would like to apply for a grant. The form also allows you to directly upload a motivation letter, which plays an important role in the deliberations of the selection committee, consisting of two members of the board of the Friends of CODART Foundation. Your motivation letter should include an explanation of why attending the CODART congress, and this congress in particular, is important for your professional activities. It should also state how much of the costs you or your museum would be able to cover if possible.
