CODART, Dutch and Flemish art in museums worldwide

CODART presents its new webmaster: Dennis Driessen

We are delighted to announce that Dennis Driessen has accepted the position of webmaster at CODART, starting November 1.

Dennis received his master’s degree in Art History (cum laude) with a specialization in curatorial studies from the University of Groningen. He wrote his master’s thesis on Musical Groups in Northern Italian Painting of the Sixteenth Century. Also deeply interested in Early Netherlandish Painting, Dennis worked as an intern in the curatorial department of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, where he focused on various activities concerning the exhibition The Road to Van Eyck. He also has the keen interest in, and knowledge of, modern technology and the internet that are required for the position. Dennis has a clear vision for the future of our website, and we are convinced that he will be an excellent liaison for all our members.

We look forward to having Dennis as a colleague and are pleased that the website will be in good hands. He is excited to work with CODART and its members, and to dedicate his time to the further development and maintenance of the website.

Dennis will replace Tom van der Molen, who will leave on December 1 to become project curator at the Amsterdam Museum. In his new position, Tom will remain connected with CODART as a member.
