At the end of this year Anne van Grevenstein will retire as professor of the practice of conservation and restoration at the University of Amsterdam. On the occasion of her farewell the University of Amsterdam, together with the RKD and the Netherlands Institute for Cultural Heritage, organizes a symposium on 14 December: The historical interior: room for reflection. In short contributions, speakers will highlight aspects of the conserving and restoration of historical interiors.
The keynote lecture will be by Sarah Staniforth, Historic Properties
