Every month during the Gallery’s bicentenary celebration year a spectacular masterpiece will hang on the end wall of the Gallery’s enfilade, echoing the huge popularity of the 16th century copy of the Mona Lisa, which brought visitors from all over the world in 2007.
In June the featured painting will be Rembrandt’s son Titus dressed as a monk by Rembrandt from the Rijksmuseum
