The exhibition shows works of among others the Deventer painters Bartholomeus Breenbergh and Jacob Hogers and treats Gerard ter Borch and his followers Pieter van Anraet and Caspar Netscher. Additionally the museum shows its own collection of seventeenth-century paintings, including four evangelists by Hendrick Ter Brugghen and a beautiful cityscape by Abraham Beerstraeten.
