Janneke van Asperen has been appointed curator of old masters at Museum De Lakenhal as of 1 June 2021. In this position, she will be responsible for the museum’s collection of old master paintings and sculptures.

Christiaan will remain involved with Museum De Lakenhal on a temporary basis for the upcoming period. They are still working together on an exhibition around the Vanitas still life with self-portrait by David Bailly in 2023.
