How does one lead a museum during wartime? That is the question that Yuliia Vaganova, director of the Khanenko Museum in Kyiv has been facing for over three years. In this interview by Suzanne Laemers, she speaks about the impact of the Russian invasion on the museum, how the museum is coping, and her hopes for the future.
