New CODARTfeature: Master I.S. – From Lost to Almost Found

A new feature has been published on the CODART website: Master I.S. – From Lost to Almost Found. Who was the artist behind the initials I.S.? A joint research project and exhibition in the Serlachius Museum in Finland and Museum De Lakenhal in Leiden explores this question, by closely examining the small oeuvre of this mysterious seventeenth-century painter. How did curators Janneke van Asperen and Tomi Moisio approach this challenging project and where did the contradicting clues lead them?
