Two Major Publications on the Restoration of the Ghent Altarpiece Are Now Available Online

The two books that were published in 2020 and 2021 by the Royal Institute of Cultural Heritage (KIK/IRPA) in conjunction with the first two stages of the restoration and conservation treatment of the Ghent Altarpiece (about the polyptych’s exterior and the lower interior, respectively) are now available for downloading through Closer to Van Eyck website.

The online publication of these volumes has been made possible thanks to the generous gesture of the Royal Institute of Cultural Heritage and Brepols Publishers.

The PDF files can be downloaded in the section Extras, under the heading Reports and resources on closertovaneyck.be/ghentaltarpiece/#home/sub=documents.
