The exhibition displays a selection of 100 etchings from the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the Biblioteca Nacional de España, revealing the exquisite quality of the examples taken
from the magnificent collections of the two libraries. The hundred-guilder pint, The tree Crosses, or Ecce Homo, extraordinary creations by Rembrandt, are put on display with a range of materials (paper and/or different conditions), revealing the tireless search and uniform experimentation through language.
