Carla van de Puttelaar is a freelance art historian. She is organizing an exhibition on Salomon Mesdach (1600-1632) at the Stadhuismuseum Zierikzee (2025). She is involved in a research project about Frisian portraiture (1500-1800) and a research project on the portraits of members of the Noord-Holland regiment for the Westfries Museum.
