The Spencer Museum of Art houses approximately 45,000 works of art that are accessible online. The Netherlandish painting collections include a triptych from the workshop of the Master of Frankfurt, a panel by the Master of Alkmaar, and paintings by Theodor Rombouts, Jan Both, Dirck Santvoort, Hendrik Cornelisz. van Vliet, David Teniers II, Abraham van der Schoor, and Nicolaes Maes. Significant sculptural works include a carved relief by Jan Borman, a handsome pair of heraldic figures in alabaster, a bronze by the Master of the Genre Figures, a work by François Du Quesnoy, and a bronze attributed to Adriaen de Vries. Works on paper include a distinguished collection of prints, discussed in the CODART eZine. and drawings, by Allart van Everdingen, Abraham Bloemaert, Pieter Withoos, and the studio of Gérard de Lairesse. The museum also houses  over 200 textiles, primarily eighteenth-century lace, as well as metalwork and four tapestries.
