Friends of CODART Grant Program
The Friends of CODART Foundation offers all CODART members the opportunity to apply for a grant to register for the CODART 26 congress in Cologne. The deadline for grant applications is Monday, 6 January 2024. The application should include a motivation letter. Congress fee
The early registration congress fee is 395 euros, to qualify for the early registration rate, we must receive your registration form on or before Thursday 30 January. Registration after this date will cost 445 euros.

Payment of your annual member contribution is required to participate in CODART events.

Terms and conditions
In registering for this event, you agree to the inclusion of your professional contact details in our event documentation, both in the event papers and continuously on our website. It goes without saying that your personal information will be treated with all due care and will not be shared with third parties.

Cancellations on or before 10 February 2025 will be refunded with deduction of bank charges and postage. From 11 until 24 February 2025 will be refunded 75%; 25 February until 10 March 2025 50%; 11 March 2025 and later: no refund.

CODART does not accept any liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants, or loss of, or damage to their personal property during the congress. Participants are advised to arrange a liability insurance.

CODART reserves the right to make changes to the program. Changes may be made without notice. In case of insufficient registrations for parts of the program f.i. excursions, CODART may cancel the scheduled event.

The registration fee is 525 euros. Participation for CODART Patrons and Business Sponsors will be determined by drawing lots.
