Registration, fees and financial assistance

Registration

Registration starts 18 May. All registration forms received before 31 May will be treated on an equal basis. If the group number is less than 30 at that date subsequent applications will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to (1) full members of CODART, (2) associate members and (3) up to 5 non-members introduced by a full member. If more than 30 members apply, priority will be given to attendees of CODART congresses. Deadline for registration is 30 June 2005. Please look carefully at the registration form. In it, we ask you to fill in your preferences for a single or double hotel room and a signature. You can send the registration by fax to +31 20 305 4500 or by e-mail to /* */> info@codart.nl. After receiving your registration form a confirmation will be send together with the invoice.

Fees

The study trip fee is 1180 euros for a single room and 990 euros for a double room. Both fees include 5 nights and breakfasts in the Hotell Riddargatan, documentation, excursions including guides and admissions, group bus transportation, 4 lunches, 4 dinners and various receptions. Airfare is NOT included. If you wish to extend your visit beyond the period 21-26 September, you will have to make your own arrangements for lodgings.

The pleasant, recently renovated Hotell Riddargatan is at the corner of Nybrogatan, one of the liveliest streets in the city, lined with chique cafés, restaurants, boutiques and specialty shops. Two blocks from the hotel is the world-famous Östermalms Saluhall, one of the most picturesque covered markets in Europe. On the adjoining square, Östermalmstorg, there are outdoor restaurants and wonderful views of the surrounding churches and façades.

Financial assistance

One full grant is available for the study trip, to be awarded to a CODART member from an economically deprived country. Applications for the grant will be accepted until 30 June.
