Registration

Registration for this CODARTfocus costs 75 euros and includes entrance to all locations, an exclusive visit to the exhibition Wybrand de Geest on Monday, coffee, tea and drinks on Monday and Sunday and lunch on Monday. Not included in the fee are your travel expenses and accommodation in Leeuwarden.

To register for the CODARTfocus, please fill out the registration form. After we have received your registration form we will send you an email with an invoice for payment. By registering for this event, you commit to the terms and conditions (listed below). Registration for this CODARTfocus is also open to a limited number of three Patrons and/or Business Sponsors of CODART. The fee for Patrons is 125 euros. Registration is on a first come, first-served basis.

How to get there and away

Traveling to Leeuwarden is at your own leisure. Leeuwarden is easily reached by train. More information can be found on the website of the Nederlandse Spoorwegen.

Transportation to Dekema State and back to Leeuwarden is not included in the event fee. Dekema State is easily accessible by public transport, bike or car. To get there by bus, please take line 60 (towards Dokkum) or 72 (towards Sint-Annaparochie) from Leeuwarden bus station and get off at stop Jelsum. From there, it is a ten-minute walk to Dekema State. For more up-to-date travel information, please see the website 9292.nl.

To reach Dekemastate by car, please use the address ‘Op é Terp 9, Jelsum’ in your navigation system. You can park behind the entrance building or near the church.

If the weather allows, it is a twenty-minute bike ride from the city center of Leeuwarden to Dekema State. You can rent an OV-fiets (public transport bicycle) at Leeuwarden station; more information can be found on this website.

Terms & Conditions

• Registration requests will be handled in the order in which they are received. Once the limit has been reached, we will place your name on a reserve list;
• Cancellations before 1 September 2025 will be refunded with deduction of bank charges and postage. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded;
• CODART reserves the right to make changes in the program. Changes may be made without notice;
• In case of insufficient registrations, CODART may cancel the scheduled event;
• CODART does not accept any liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants, or loss of, or damage to their personal property during the event;
• In registering for this event, you agree to the inclusion of your professional contact details in our event documentation, both in the event papers and continuously on our website. It goes without saying that your personal information will be treated with all due care and will not be shared with third parties;
• By attending this event, you agreed to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness on CODART’s website, social media and/or future publications;
• In registering for this event, Patrons and Business Sponsors of CODART agree with the terms of participation set out in the Code of Conduct.
