Registration
For this event, you can choose to register for either a single day or join us for the full two-day event.
Registration for the full two-day CODARTfocus costs €90 and includes entrance to both locations, an exclusive visit to the exhibitions Burgundian Dining and Scultori Fiamminghi. Italian Sculptors in Italy, in-depth lectures, coffee and tea on Tuesday 24 November, and coffee, tea, lunch and drinks on Wednesday 25 November. Not included in the fee are your travel expenses and accommodation in Mechelen or Leuven.
A single-day registration for Tuesday 24 November costs €30
A single-day registration for Wednesday 25 November costs €60
To register for the CODARTfocus, please fill out the registration form. After we have received your registration, we will send you an email with an invoice for payment. By registering for this event you commit to the terms and conditions (listed below).
Registration for this CODARTfocus is also open to a limited number of three Patrons and/or Business Sponsors of CODART. The fee for Patrons is €150 (a single-day registration for Tuesday is €50, a single-day registration for Wednesday is €100). Registration is on a first come, first-served basis.
Members of Ards | the platform for medieval sculpture are welcome to register for either a single day or for the full two-day CODARTfocus.
How to get there and away
Traveling to Mechelen and Leuven is at your own leisure.
Mechelen (Malines): Museum Hof van Busleyden is located in the city center. The museum is easily accessible by public transport and car. It is a twenty-minute walk from Mechelen railway station or you can take the bus to Mechelen Biest and walk two extra minutes. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at car park Indigo Mechelen Kathedraal, which is only a six-minute walk from the museum.
Leuven (Louvain): M Leuven is located in the city center. It is easily accessible by public transport and by car. If you arrive by train, you can get off at Louvain Station. The museum is approximately a ten-minute walk from the railway station. The car park Ladeuze is approximately a two-minute walk from the museum.

Terms & Conditions
- Your annual membership contribution is required to participate in CODART events;
- Registration requests will be handled in the order in which they are received. Once the limit has been reached, we will place your name on a reserve list;
- Cancellations before 10 November will be refunded with deduction of bank charges and postage. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded;
- CODART reserves the right to make changes in the program. Changes may be made without notice;
- In case of insufficient registrations, CODART may cancel the scheduled event;
- CODART does not accept any liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants, or loss of, or damage to their personal property during the event;
- In registering for this event, you agree to the inclusion of your professional contact details in our event documentation, both in the event papers and continuously on our website. It goes without saying that your personal information will be treated with all due care and will not be shared with third parties;
- By attending this event, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness on CODART’s website, social media and/or future publications;
- In registering for this event, Patrons and Business Sponsors of CODART agree with the terms of participation set out in the Code of Conduct.
