The Metropolitan Museum has announced that a memorial service will be held in honor of Walter Liedtke, who served for 35 years as the museum’s curator of European paintings. The service will take place on Tuesday the 21st of April at The Temple of Dendur in the Egyptian Wing of the Museum at 9:30. There will be a coffee service, followed by tributes at 10:00.
