The Koninklijk Museum voor Schone Kunsten Antwerpen (KMSKA) has announced that the Getty Trust in Los Angeles is funding a three-year research campaign on the Rubens paintings in the museum. The grant will cover archive research, photography and investigation of the techniques and materials of the paintings. It forms part of a larger project on the part of the museum to publish a scholarly catalogue of its paintings. The Rubens paintings are the first group to be published.
