Ferdinand Dorsman Grant: request for donations

Last year, CODART established a Ferdinand Dorsman Grant, to honor the memory of Ferdinand Dorsman (12 March 1958 – 4 December 2011), who worked for many years in the Department of International Cultural Cooperation of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ferdinand Dorsman Grant is meant to enable a curator of Dutch and Flemish art from a museum in Central or Eastern Europe to take part in one of the international CODART events.

The upcoming CODART ZESTIEN congress will take place in Vienna. Of course this location in the heart of the old Mittel Europa motivated a large number of members from Central and Eastern Europe to register for this congress and apply for a grant. We would be very grateful to receive new donations that would enable us to help more members attend the congress next April.

Please make your payments to the Friends of CODART Foundation, The Hague, The Netherlands, account number 47.67.63.347, ref. “Ferdinand Dorsman Grant”.
