Registration, fees and financial assistance

Registration

Registration starts 8 November 2006. Deadline for registration is 12 January 2007. Please look carefully at the registration form. We ask you to fill in your preferences for a single or double hotel room and a signature. You can send your registration form by fax to +31 20 305 4500 or by e-mail to info@codart.nl. After receiving your registration form a confirmation will be sent together with the invoice.

The maximum number of participants is 30. All registration forms received before 30 November will be treated on an equal basis. If the group number is less than 30 on that date subsequent applications will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to (1) full members of CODART, (2) associate members and (3) up to 5 non-members introduced by a full member. If more than 30 members apply, priority will be given to attendees of CODART congresses.

Fees

The study trip fee is 780 euros for a single room and 600 euros for a double room. Both fees include 4 nights and breakfasts in 3 hotels in Paris, Rouen and Lille, documentation, excursions including guides and admissions, group bus transportation, 3 lunches, 3 dinners and various receptions. Airfare is NOT included. If you wish to extend your visit beyond the period 13-17 March, you will have to make your own arrangements for lodgings.

The congress fee can be paid on our bank account, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)/PayPal via our website.

Financial assistance

One full grant is available for the study trip, to be awarded to a CODART member from Central and Eastern Europe. Applications for the grant will be accepted until 31 December 2006. You can send your application to the CODART bureau by fax to +31 20 305 4500 or by e-mail to info@codart.nl. If you are (not) selected you will be notified in the second week of January 2007.
