Please look carefully at the choices on the registration form and fill in all applicable spaces. We ask you to fill in your preferences for the market of ideas session and the excursions; please remember that spaces are limited and requests are treated on a first-come, first-serve basis. After receiving your registration form and congress fee, a confirmation will be sent by email or letter. If you require an invoice for payment, please check the appropiate box on the registration form or email events@codart.nl

The congress fee is 125 euros. The fee includes entrance to all museums and institutions visited during the congress as well as two receptions, lunches and dinners. To qualify for the early registration rate of 125 euros, we must receive your registration form and payment before or on 31 January 2009. Registration after 31 January 2009 is 150 euros, registration on site is 175 euros.

Financial assistance

If funding is available, a limited number of grants will be available for travel to and participation in the congress, for CODART members from Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America. The deadline for application is 1 December 2008. If you are (not) selected you will be notified by e-mail by 15 December 2008.

Please note: our ability to assist as many colleagues as possible, will depend on your ability to pay part of the expenses yourself, by raising money in your own institution or country. All contributions will be very welcome.

Accomodation

The Mercure Hotel Aachen am Dom and the Mercure Hotel Aachen City are located in the historic city center of Aachen, within the immediate proximity of the historical monuments of the city. The hotels are equipped with Wifi Internet access, a bar and public indoor parking at your disposal.

Bookings will be made by CODART for two nights (15 & 16 March 2009). Please note: participants will pay hotel bills individually on checking out. On the registration form you can choose between single rooms (85 euros at Aachen am Dom and 79 euros at Aachen City per night) or double rooms (100 euros at Aachen am Dom and 94 euros at Aachen City per night for two person). Prices include breakfast and tax.
