The Friends of CODART Foundation offers all members of CODART the opportunity to apply for a grant to register for CODART 27. A request can be made for the grant to cover the congress fee (€395), the costs for lodging (€214 for two nights at the B&B Hotel Ghent Centrum) and/or part of your travel costs. We encourage all members facing financial challenges to apply for a grant.

Application

To apply for a grant, please select the option in the registration form. Within the form, you must select the specific costs you wish the grant to cover and upload a motivation letter. Your motivation letter is essential for the selection committee and should clearly explain why attending the CODART congress is important for your professional activities and state how much of the costs you or your institution are able to contribute. The grant applications will be reviewed by a selection committee composed of two members of the Friends of CODART Foundation board.

If you select the grant option for lodging, CODART will make a reservation for you at the B&B Hotel Gent Centrum. If you wish to extend your stay, please select the extra dates in the registration form; all nights beyond the two covered by the grant will be at your own expense.

The deadline to apply for a grant is 7 January 2026. We aim to inform all applicants of the decision by 19 January 2026.
