New Curator in the Spotlight: Robert Wenley

In the latest edition of Curator in the Spotlight CODART member Robert Wenley traces his career steps at various British museums to his current position at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts. He introduces us to the Barber’s Dutch and Flemish collection, writes about his recent exhibitions projects and plans for the future and about the importance of CODART. Robert Wenley is Head of Collections and Deputy Director at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts in Birmingham, UK. He has been a member of CODART since 2003.

Curator in the Spotlight

The Curator in the Spotlight is a special feature on the CODART website that introduces one of CODART’s members and their work as a curator of Dutch and Flemish art. Every time a different curator writes about their work, projects and exhibitions, and a piece in their collection that is special to them.
