Registration
Please look carefully at the choices on the registration form and fill in all applicable spaces. We ask you to fill in your preferences for the market of ideas session and the excursions; please remember that spaces are limited and requests are treated on a first-come, first-serve basis. After receiving your registration form, a confirmation will be sent by email. In the confirmation email participants will receive an invoice to pay the congress fee.
The congress fee is 295 euros. The fee includes entrance to all museums and institutions visited during the congress, the congress dinner, two lunches, one reception, and transportation to and from all locations. To qualify for the early registration rate of 295 euros, we must receive your registration form on or before 13 January 2011. Registration after 13 January 2011 is 345 euros.

Congress hotels
Most of the participants will stay in Hotel Drienerburght. You have been notified via email when we have placed you in our second hotel De Broeierd.

Hotel Drienerburght is located on the university campus of Enschede and just a short bus ride from the city center. The hotel has a cosy bar and offers free use of Wi-Fi.

Eden Hotel De Broeierd is our second congress hotel. It is also a short bus ride from the city center and is built in an authentic Saxon style. The hotel has a bar and a bistro.

Bookings will be made by CODART for two nights (20 & 21 March 2011). Please note: participants will pay hotel bills individually at check out. On the registration form you can choose between single rooms or double rooms. Prices include breakfast and tax.
