Cracow

Optional study trip, 24 May 2017

An optional day trip to Cracow took place on Wednesday 24 May 2017. This lovely city in the south of Poland was the seat of Polish kings and the country’s capital until the end of the sixteenth century. Cracow was not so badly damaged as Warsaw in World War II and many historic sites are still intact. Cracow’s Old Town and Kazimierz districts have been on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1978.
